NIH, NSF, DARPA, DHS, USDA, SBIR Funding

The US government, through it's various agencies is still funding lots of projects with a large focus on technology including software and communication systems. Projects range from scientific research to more
commercial applications. Often, National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Science Foundation (NSF), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and United States Department of Agriculture(USDA) projects require custom software for evaluation, tracking, testing, or sometimes software applications are the project.

If you have the knowledge and know-how to develop solutions that these government agencies are seeking and funding, but not the ability to turn your project concept into a working model, that's OK. Often, grants are awarded based on project concept and credentials of the submitting party, with less emphasis on execution skills. In fact, the funding is usually provided to facilitate the further development, concept execution, and technology commercialization.

So if you have the research, the concept, the idea, etc. and you need a skilled provider to execute on the application, software, device, hardware, or combination, SPIA is the place for you. We're happy to work with you to help bring your grant project to fruition and/or commercialization.
